Welcome to Tramuntana Camper Park. By accessing and using our website and services, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. Staying in the area implies acceptance of these rules. Please read them carefully before making a booking.

Our Services

Tramuntana Camper Park provides parking and camping services for motorhomes and campers, including:

• Parking spaces with electrical connections
• Access to sanitary facilities and showers
• Wi-Fi connection
• Water filling and waste disposal area
• 24-hour security surveillance

Opening Hours

Operating hours for the motorhome area:

• Check-in and check-out: from 07:00 to 23:00
• Maximum stay: 48 consecutive hours (2 days) per single booking
• Showers: open from 07:00 to 23:00
• Toilets: open 24 hours
• Quiet hours: from 23:00 to 08:00

Parking Rules

To ensure safety and order in the area:

• Park only in the marked and assigned spaces
• Maintain a minimum safety distance between vehicles (as indicated by signage)
• Only motorised living vehicles are permitted (caravans and sleeping in non-camperised vehicles are not allowed)

Vehicle Admission Policy

To ensure quality rest and compliance with current tourism regulations in Catalonia, Tramuntana Camper Park is an establishment exclusively for self-contained vehicles classified as dwellings (Campers and Motorhomes).

• Admitted vehicles: Only camper vans and certified motorhomes
• Not permitted: Access with tents, caravans (with trailer) or sleeping in cars, minivans or vehicles not classified as dwellings in their technical documentation
• Right of admission: Management reserves the right to cancel any booking that does not meet these technical requirements upon arrival at the access control

Use of Facilities

Rules for the correct use of facilities:

Sanitary Facilities

To keep facilities in good condition:

• Keep toilets and showers clean after use
• Do not wash clothes in showers or toilets
• Smoking is prohibited inside enclosed facilities

Waste Management

Help us with recycling and keeping the area clean:

• Dispose of rubbish in the specific bins located at the main entrance (organic, plastic, paper, glass)
• Do not leave waste or pour liquids on your pitch

Pets

Pets are welcome under the following conditions:

• Allowed under control: always on a lead and without disturbing other users
• Picking up excrement is mandatory
• Washing pets in the facilities is not permitted

Coexistence

For a pleasant stay for everyone:

• Respect the rest of other users
• Avoid loud noise, loud music, or antisocial behaviour
• Unauthorised parties or gatherings are prohibited

Liability and Safety

Tramuntana Camper Park is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to vehicles, personal belongings, or injuries occurring on our premises, except in cases of proven negligence on our part. We recommend guests obtain appropriate travel insurance.

• The area is not responsible for theft or damage to vehicles
• Lighting fires is prohibited
• In case of emergency, follow the instructions on the evacuation plans and those of authorised staff

Specific Regulations

General provisions applicable to all users:

• Staying in the area implies acceptance of these rules
• Non-compliance may result in expulsion from the area without refund
• Right of admission is reserved

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance will receive a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours of arrival may be subject to a charge equivalent to one night's stay. No-shows or cancellations without notice will not be refunded.

Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
